Once in Uganda, you could rent a car, take a mini-bus, a regular bus, or take a motorcycle taxi! Getting around the country is as simple as counting ABC. Most cities are connected with a network of well-built roads. Here are the different modes of travel that you can use to get around Uganda;
Driving in Uganda
Driving is on the left side of the road and you can drive with an international permit. The cost of fuel however is quite high and there are virtually no signs to navigate around.
Public Transportation
Buses and mini-buses connect most major towns, and mini-buses or share buses are preferable because they are safer, faster and cheaper.
Organised Tours
You can also join an organized safari and travel with the tour operator.
